Having purchased over 60 Porsches in the past few years I was not at all happy with the way I was treated. Rather than being treated fairly, the owner didn't even bother to pick up the phone and have a discussion. I would expect more when I am spending over 100k on a car. There are better options than these guys.

Sadly I purchased my dream car here only to discover it was a lemon. My 911 was in the shop more than my garage. Service couldn’t figure out why check engine light kept coming on. Major repairs needed. Now transmission is shot. They will deny and spin but please buy your Porsche elsewhere.

Basic maintenance and an alignment, and I commented to my wife, “boy they sure take good care of me at The Exchange”. I was in and out with a brand new loaner and a cup of espresso! Only a few hours later and I was called to let me know it was ready. Smiles and hellos all around. What a pleasure.

My tire pressure monitor went off so I stopped in. They took my car immediately, found a nail in the tire, and replaced the tire. They kept me updated about the progress. Everything was handled professionally and courteously. The tire was covered under my insurance so I just signed papers and went on my very merry way.

Great experience with my sales agent and with the dealership overall. Buying my 911 from two thousand miles away was quite involved, but Paul made it as painless as possible. They made sure the car was immaculate prior to transport, and assisted me in getting all the paperwork completed. Being a former tech, Paul obviously knows his Porsches, and his 911s in particular. My 1st visit there was 8 months ago was great...Service Associate (Josh) could not have been more accommodating. I once had an experience at a Chevy dealer that was straight out of Fargo. But my experience at Porsche Exchange recently was actually worse. If I were to believe the finance manager, I should have been thrilled to hear about a proposed lease payment 40% higher than what I was expecting after my negotiations over the phone. Not happy with these guys at all. They advertised a used 2014 car with 1,400ish miles on it. Said it was spotless, nothing wrong with it at all, i even have that all in email. Well once it comes to sign paperwork they are like, "oh it actually has almost 2,000 miles on it." 500-600 mile discrepancy, not a huge deal but no concession on price and these things depreciate at $1-$2 per mile, not $0.50 like normal cars. There was a TSB issued for my car and it was a saftey issue/concern. This dealership was not willing to fix my car under the TSB and when I asked why the service manager (who claimed to be the dealership owner) got irate with me. I just took my keys and left.
