The Porsche Exchange in Highland Park is perhaps the finest dealership that I have encountered. At 59 years of age I have purchased many vehicles over the years. Their attention to detail, customer service and effort to enhance the customer experience is without parallel. Great place to have car serviced. Excellent coffee/espresso too. Expensive cars to maintain/repair but they do high quality work. Also very kind and friendly. One time they let me park in their service bay area during a hail storm and I was in a Mercedes!

Took a while to find the service problems with the car but finally did and fixed them to my satisfaction. Everything seems to be working just fine.

Good service, timeline was not as good. Was told it would take about 3-4 hours. Ended up being 5hrs. I was not informed it was ready until I called after 5hrs!

The overall experience was excellent, but when I dropped off my car it took a little longer then expected. Over all I’d say it was a 4.5 star.

My new car should have been detailed better. The Paint & Glass was in poor condition. Vehicle had been in stock quite some time and needed to be buffed out. I would not have delivered a $100,000 car in that condition. I think dealerships forget that this is a major purchase for some customers and t...hat the product should be in first class condition. I'm just starting to save for my first Porsche, a Boxster or perhaps Cayman if I can put enough aside. Given my druthers, I would like to buy a CPO (Certified Pre Owned) Porsche here as my first car. I had a nice chat with the head of the CPO program, and he seemed like a good guy: a real enthusiast..., not a sleazebag. He races his own cars, and has an eye for what separates a good car from a true gem. Its a bit of a hike out of the city, but its worth it. The selection is good here, they have two (!!!) brand new GT2s, the widowmaker. They also only carry Porsches onsite, no other distracting cars or lesser brands. "What do you want, a car or a Porsche?"I'll take a Cobalt Blue Boxster S with cocoa leather, please. Show more
